CD_4^+CD_(25)high^+CD_(127)low^+与儿童免疫性血小板减少症相关性的研究

CD_4^+CD_(25)high^+CD_(127)low^+ Immune Thrombocytopenia Associated with Children's Study

目的研究CD_4^+CD_(25)high^+CD_(127)low^+在儿童免疫性血小板减少症相关性的研究。方法选择中国医科大学附属盛京医院小儿血液科于2015年1月至2016年6月就诊2~6岁儿童60例。观察组:重度和极重度血小板减少症患儿30例。对照组:30例健康儿童做正常对照。60例儿童均采外周血为标本行检测调节性T细胞中CD_4^+CD_(25)high^+CD_(127)low^+。结果对照组30例正常儿童以上观察指标均在正常值范围。观察组30例血小板减少症患儿调节性T细胞中CD_4^+CD_(25)high^+CD_(127)low^+与正常儿童组比较P>0.05无统计意义。结论调节性T细胞CD_4^+CD_(25)high^+CD_(127)low^+在儿童免疫性血小板减少症的发病中无明显影响。

Objective Research on CD4＋CD25high＋CD127low＋ in children immune thrombocytopenia correlation research. Methods Choose shengjing hospital affiliated to China Medical University pediatric onset in hospital from January 2015 to June 2015 60 2-6 years old children. Observation group： thrombocytopenia with 30. Control group： 30 healthy children as normal control. 60 children have line detection of regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of specimen： CD4＋CD25high＋CD127low＋. Results Control group： 30 normal children above observation indexes were in normal range. In observation group： CD4＋CD25high＋CD127low＋ two groups of patients were compared with no statistical significance （/〉〉0.05）. Conclusion CD4＋CD25high＋CD127low＋ sample enough T cells may not be in the children＇s immunity play a role in the pathogenesis of thrombocytopenia.
