耳声发射对参茯五味芍药汤治疗突发性耳聋的疗效评价

Clinical Study on the Therapeutic Effects of Shenfu-Wuwei-Shaoyao Decoction to Acute Hearing Loss by Otoacoustic Emission

目的 :探讨畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)评价突发性耳聋的疗效。方法 :120例突发性耳聋患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,前者采用参茯五味芍药汤结合常规治疗,后者仅采用常规治疗,疗程2周,对比观察两组治疗前后的疗效。结果:治疗组治疗前的耳声发射通过率为35%,治疗后提高到70%;对照组治疗前的耳声发射通过率为45%,治疗后提高到56.7%。两组耳声发射通过率的提高相比差异具有明显统计学意义(P<0.01)。比较各频率点信噪比(SNR)的引出率,治疗组有3个频率点的改善明显,而对照组仅有1个频率点改善明显,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参茯五味芍药汤治疗突发性耳聋的疗效明显,耳声发射对于评价突发性耳聋的临床疗效具有重要的意义。

Objective ：To study using distortion product otoacoustic emission（DPOAE） in the evaluation of acute hearing loss. Methods：There were 120 patients with acute hearing loss were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group. In the treatment group,patients were treated with Shenfu-Wuwei-Shaoyao decoction,and in the control group,patients were given routine treatment. The treatment course lasted 2 weeks,and the effects in both groups were observed. Results：In the treatment group,the pass rate of otoacoustic emission（OAE） before treatment was 35%,and increased to 70% after treatment;in the control group the pass rate of OAE was 45%,and increased to 56.7% after treatment. In the treatment group,the improvement of the pass rate of the OAE was significantly more than that in the control group（P〈0.01）. On the extraction rate of the signal to noise ratio（SNR） in each frequency,in the treatment group 3 frequencies improved significantly,while in the control group only 1 frequency improved significantly（P 〈0.05）. Conclusions ：Shenfu-Wuwei-Shaoyao decoction is very effective for acute hearing loss. DPOAE has important significance for the evaluation of the clinical efficacy for treating acute hearing loss.
