近10年中药治疗继发性闭经组方用药规律分析

Prescription Law of Herbs for Secondary Amenorrhea in the Last 10 Years

以研究现代临床中药治疗继发性闭经的组方用药规律为目的 ,检索近10年CBM、CNKI、VIP、Wanfang data国内中文数据库中中药治疗继发性闭经的相关临床文献,筛选符合纳入标准的处方,运用中医传承辅助系统进行药物频次及关联规则分析,提取高频药物及高关联度的药物组合。结果显示纳入的62首方剂中共涉及135种药物,提取常用药物有41种,常用核心药物组合26个(支持度20%,置信度0.9)。揭示核心药物为当归、川芎、香附、白芍、熟地黄,以理气活血、补肾健脾为主要治法。

To explore the prescription law of Chinese herbs for secondary amenorrhea in modern time.Databases,such as CBM,CNKI,VIP,and Wangfang Data were searched to obtain research papers on secondary amenorrhea treated with Chinese herbs. Prescriptions meeting the inclusion criteria were analyzed with traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） inheritance support platform system to analyze the herbal frequency and correlation principle,and to extract herbs with high frequency and highly correlated herbal combinations. The results showed that there were 62 formulas involving 135 herbs,in which 41 commonly used herbs and 26 commonly used core herbal combination were extracted,in combination（support 20%,confidence 0.9）. It was concluded that the core herbs were Danggui,Chuanxiong,Xiangfu,Baishao,Shudihuang,and the major methods were regulating qi and promoting blood circulation,tonifing yang of kidney and spleen.
