摘要
目的观察分析青光眼白内障联合手术后患者角膜源性散光产生的原因。方法选取青光眼合并白内障患者45例45只眼进行青白联合手术,于术前、术后3 d、1周、1个月、3个月、6个月分析测量术眼角膜曲率及眼压。结果术后3 d角膜源性散光达到最大,主要是顺规性散光;术后3个月及6个月散光度与术前比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05),主要为逆规性散光。结论青光眼白内障联合手术后患者会出现短暂的较大度数的散光,术后3个月有恢复术前水平的趋势。
Objective To observe and analyze the causes of surgery derived astigmatism in patients with combined glaucoma and cataract. Methods A total of 45 glaucoma and cataract patients（ 45 eyes） were chosen for the clinical observation. They were examined the corneal curvature and intraocular pressure before and after the surgery,in the 3rd day,1st week,1st month,3rd month,6th month. Results Astigmatism in the 3rd day reached maximum,and mainly was the astigmatism with rule. Astigmatism in the 3rd month and 6th month had no difference compared with preoperative,mainly was indirect astigmatism. Conclusion The combined glaucoma and cataract surgery can cause large astigmatic at early stage,and regression was found after 3 month in most cases.
