重视老年人胶原血管病相关发热

摘要 胶原血管病（collagen vascular disease,CVD）是以血管壁炎症为共同病理改变的一种自身免疫性疾病,结缔组织、肌肉及关节均可受累,从而引起各种各样的临床表现。常见的CVD有血管炎、类风湿关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮、多发性肌炎等。
