脑电图对手足口病并脑炎患儿的临床诊断

Clinical application of electroencephalogram on children with hand-foot and mouth disease combined with encephalitis

目的：探讨脑电图对手足口病并脑炎患儿的早期诊断和预后评估价值。方法随机选取手足口病并脑炎患儿50例为观察组，另选同期单纯手足口病患儿50例为对照组，两组患儿均接受脑电图检查。比较两组患儿脑电图检查结果，分析观察组患儿病情与脑电图异常程度的相关性。结果观察组脑电图异常率为100.00％（50/50），对照组为44.00％（22/50），两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2＝38.889，P ＜0.05）。观察组患儿病情与脑电图异常程度存在相关性（r ＝0.528，P ＜0.001）。结论小儿手足口病并脑炎可经脑电图检查早期诊断，并为患儿病情判断及预后评估提供依据。

Objective To investigate the value of electroencephalogram（ EEG） on early diagnosis and prognosis assessment of children with hand-foot and mouth disease（HFMD）combined with encephalitis. Methods Fifty HFMD children combined with encephalitis were randomly selected as the observation group,another 50 children with HFMD in the same period were chosen as the control group, all the children were examined by EEG. EEG results of children were compared between the two groups, the children with illness and severity of abnormal EEG in the observation group were analyzed. Results The EEG abnormal rate of the observation group was 100. 00%（50 / 50）,which of the control group was 44. 00%（22 / 50）,the difference was significant between the two groups（χ2 = 38. 889,P 〈0. 05）. HFMD was correlated with the severity of abnormal EEG in the observation group（r = 0. 528, P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions EEG can early diagnose HFMD combined with encephalitis,and provide evidence for children’s condition judgment and prognosis evaluation.
