以头痛为表现的冠心病32例临床分析

Clinical analysis of headaches related to coronary heart disease in 32 cases

目的：分析以头痛为表现的32例冠心病患者症状特点和治疗方法。方法选择2009年10月至2014年11月冠心病患者32例，所有患者入院时均有头痛表现。根据32例患者的具体情况给予相应的对症治疗，观察患者的治疗效果。结果30例诊断为冠心病，给予扩张冠状动脉、抗血小板、抗凝、营养心肌、改善循环、纠正心律失常等治疗；另2例诊断为冠心病急性心肌梗死，给予溶栓、抗血小板、抗凝、冠状动脉血管支架植入等治疗。32例均治愈出院，未见不良反应。结论以头痛为表现的冠心病患者发作时多以胀痛或搏动痛为临床表现，持续时间长短不一，伴有胸痛、心慌、胸闷及心前区不适症状，采用硝酸甘油或速效救心丸治疗可以缓解或减轻症状。

Objective To analyze the symptom characteristics and treatment method of 32 patients with headaches related to coronary heart disease. Methods Thirty-two patients with coronary heart disease were selected from October 2009 to November 2014,all patients had headache performance at admission. Appropriate symptomatic treatment was given according to the specific circumstances of the 32 patients,and the outcomes were observed. Results Thirty cases were diagnosed with coronary heart disease,and was given the expansion of coronary artery myocardial,antiplatelet,anticoagulation, nutrition,improve circulation,correct arrhythmia treatment. Another two cases were diagnosed with coronary heart disease and myocardial infraction,and were treated with thrombolysis,antiplatelet, anticoagulant,the treatment such as coronary artery stent implantation. All of 32 cases were cured and discharged,and had no adverse reactions. Conclusions Coronary heart disease with headache as the performance often has multiple episodes of pain or pulsating pain,the duration is different,accompanied by chest pain,palpitation,chest tightness and precordial symptoms,the use of nitroglycerin or suxiao jiuxin pills treatment can alleviate the symptoms.
