复方血栓通胶囊联合胰激肽原酶对糖尿病视网膜病变患者视功能及眼底血流动力学的影响

Effects of compound thrombosis capsule combined with pancreatic kininogenase on visual function and fundus oculi hemodynamic of patients with diabetic retinopathy

目的：探讨复方血栓通胶囊联合胰激肽原酶对糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）患者视功能及眼底血流动力学的影响。方法选取2013年4月至2015年2月 DR 患者80例为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组给予胰岛素等常规降糖药物治疗，观察组在此基础上给予复方血栓通胶囊与胰激肽原酶，比较两组视功能治疗的有效率，同时分析治疗前后两组眼底收缩期峰值流速（ PSV）、舒张末期血流速度（EDV）、阻力指数（RI）等血流动力学参数，并观察不良反应。结果观察组治疗有效率（92.50％）明显高于对照组（75.00％，P ＜0.05）。治疗后观察组 PSV[（12.14±1.37）v/（cm·s）]、EDV[（3.24±0.27）v/（cm·s）]明显高于对照组[（9.53±1.24）、（2.91±0.26）v/（cm·s），P ＜0.05]，观察组 RI（0.63±0.04）低于对照组（0.75±0.06， P ＜0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率（12.50％）与对照组（7.50％）比较差异未见统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论复方血栓通胶囊联合胰激肽原酶可有效改善 DR 患者视功能及眼底血流动力学，且安全性高，值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of compound thrombosis capsule combined with pancreatic kininogenase on visual function and fundus oculi hemodynamic of patients with diabetic retinopathy（DR）. Methods From April 2013 to February 2015,80 DR patients were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group. The control group received insulin and other routine hypoglycemic drugs,and the observation group was given compound thrombosis capsule combined with pancreatic kininogenase on the basis of the above. The effective rate of visual function in the two groups were compared,the fundus oculi peak systolic velocity（PSV）,end diastolic velocity（EDV）,drag index（RI）and other hemodynamic parameters before and after treatment in the two groups were analyzed,and the adverse reactions were observed. Results The effective rate of the observation group（92. 50% ）was significantly higher than＆nbsp;that of the control group（75. 00% ,P〉 0. 05）. Conclusions Compound thrombosis capsule combined with pancreatic kininogenase can improve the visual function and fundus oculi hemodynamics of DR patients effectively,it has high safety,and is worth for application in clinics.
