摘要
螺杆转子型线作为螺杆真空泵的关键技术之一,始终是学者们的研究重点。纵观目前国内外型线研究现状,螺杆真空泵型线的理论研究颇多,但关于实际型线方面的研究`尚且不足。本文以实际型线作为研究对象,依据装配间隙、螺杆真空泵理论型线设计、理论型线的修正等因素,提出螺杆真空泵转子实际型线的推导方法,并列举一种螺杆真空泵转子实际型线方程,为单头螺杆真空泵实际型线的设计提供了理论依据。
Here,we tentatively addressed the realistic motorprofileof a screw vacuum pump,an engineering subject of much technological interest but rarely reported in literature. The impact of the realistic situations,including but not limited to the assembly clearance,fabrication tolerance,machining difficulties,thermal deformation,analytically calculated rotor profile and its possible modification,on the derivation of the realistic rotor profile of a commercial screw dry vacuum pump was investigated for the purpose of the derivation of a realistic rotor profile. In addition,the derivation of a realistic rotor profile of screw vacuum pump was performed with a specific example. We suggest that the newly developed realistic rotor profile may be of some technological interest in optimization design and fabrication of the rotor to be used in the screw dry vacuum pump.
