摘要
通过对过氧化值检测新方法进行验证分析,研究了新方法对肉及肉制品检测结果的影响。结果表明:与现有方法相比,新检测方法的精密度更高,适用性更好。
According to verification and analysis of a new method for the peroxide value detection, the effect of the new method on the detection results of meat and meat products was studied. The results showed: compared with the present methods, the new method had higher precision and better applicability.
