近几年,国家越来越重视职业教育的发展,加大政策扶持和资金投入,使中职学校生源不断增加,但也存在学生素质参差不齐的境状,导致中职班主任管理压力和责任加大。如何突破瓶颈,做好班主任工作,当是提高中职班主任工作实效的关键。
