改革开放以来成人教育特别是高等成人学历教育取得了丰富的成果。但是近年来成人高校面临越来越大的困难,生源不足,生源基础水平不高,多数学生不重视学习,上课出勤率低,学习质量不高。面对如此窘境,成人高校必须认真思考对策使之努力摆脱尴尬境地。
