天舒胶囊联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗血管神经性头痛疗效观察

Efficacy Observation on Angioneurotic Headache Treated with Tianshu Capsule and Flunarizine Hydrochloride

目的观察天舒胶囊联合盐酸氟桂利嗪对血管神经性头痛的临床疗效。方法将80例血管神经性头痛患者随机平均分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊口服,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用天舒胶囊,两组均以2个月为1疗程。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后头痛情况(VAS疼痛评分、发作次数、持续时间)、脑血流动力学、生活质量评分及不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者治疗前各项指标比较差异无统计学意义。疗程结束后,两组患者头痛发作的次数、持续时间、VAS评分均较本组治疗前下降,而观察组患者下降的幅度较对照组更明显(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后脑血流动力学以及生活质量评分改善情况有显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善更加明显。疗程结束后,两组患者不良事件的发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论天舒胶囊联合盐酸氟桂利嗪可有效改善血管神经性头痛患者的头痛程度、持续时间等不适症状,还可以显著的改善患者的脑血流及整体生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effects on angioneurotic headache treated with tianshu capsule and flunarizine hydrochloride. Methods Eighty patients of angioneurotic headache were randomized into a control group and an observation group. In the control group,flunarizine hydrochloride capsule was prescribed for oral administration. In the observation group,on the basis of the treatment as the control group,tianshu capsule was added. The treatment for 2 months was as one session in the two groups. Before and after treatment,pain condition（ VAS score,attach frequency and duration）,brain hemodynamics,living quality score and adverse reactions were observed and compared in the two groups. Results The differences were not significant in all of the indicators before treatment between the two groups. At the end of the treatment session,the pain attack frequency,duration and VAS score were all reduced as compared with those before treatment in the two groups and the reducing amplitude in the observation group was much more apparent than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with the control group,the improvements of brain hemodynamics and living quality score were different significantly after treatment in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）. At the end of treatment,the incident of adverse reactions was not different significantly between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The combined medication of tianshu capsule and flunarizine hydrochloride effectively relieves the symptoms such as pain and duration in the patients of angioneurotic headache.Additionally,it improves cerebral blood flow and overall living quality. This therapy deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
