张耀圣教授辨证治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎临床经验探析

Prof. Zhao Yaosheng's Clinical Experiences in the Treatment with Chronic Nonbacterial Prostatitis

张耀圣,北京中医药大学东直门医院泌尿男科主任医师,师从"首都国医名师"、著名中医外科、肿瘤科专家王沛教授,从事中医临床工作近30年,擅长诊治生殖系统疾病,如前列腺炎、前列腺增生、前列腺癌、勃起功能障碍、性欲低下、高泌乳素症等。前列腺炎综合征是男科常见病、多发病。张教授根据前列腺所处的解剖部位和藏精而泄的生理功能分析,认为其有奇恒之腑的特征,与女子胞相对应,属男子胞的一部分,为冲、任、督三脉的共同起源,即所谓的"一源而三歧"。本病的发生在于正气内虚,精室不足,或脏腑失调,或经脉损伤,或排泄过度,邪毒侵袭,留滞精室,或邪毒内生。张教授根据症状辨证,采用不同方剂予以治疗,并随证加减,临床取得较好疗效。

Prof. Zhang Yaosheng works in the department of urinary andrology in Dongzhimen Hospital,Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,had learned after Prof. Wang Pei who is the eminent expert in the external medicine and oncology in TCM. Prof. Zhang has been engaged in TCM clinical work for nearly 30 years,good at the treatment of reproductive diseases,such as prostatitis,benign prostatic hyperplasia,prostatic cancer,erectile dysfunction,hyposexuality and hyperprolactinemia. Prostatitis is common male disease of high incidence. In terms of the anatomic position and physiological function as essence storage and discharge,Prof. Zhang thinks the disease refers to the features of male extraordinary organ,corresponding to uterus. The Thoroughfare Vessel,Conception Vessel and Governor Vessel are originated from this organ. Prostatitis is generated with the deficiency of antipathogenic qi,essence insufficiency,dysfunction of zangfu organs,damage of meridians,indulgence of sexual activity,invasion of toxin and toxic retention. The Chinese herbal formulas are prescribed according to the syndrome differentiations and the satisfactory therapeutic effects have been achieved in clinic.
