降浊解毒胶囊对透析前肾性贫血和NT-proBNP水平影响

Impacts of Jiangzhuo Jiedu Capsules on Predialysis Chronic Renal Anemia and NT-proBNP

目的观察降浊解毒胶囊对透析前慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者血红蛋白(HB)及N末端B型脑钠钛原(NT-pro BNP)水平和心脏舒张功能的影响。方法将102例未透析左室收缩功能正常的慢性肾脏病(CKD)4~5期患者随机分为观察组和对照组各51例,两组均予重组人促红细胞生成素(r Hu EPO)、铁剂、叶酸等常规治疗,观察组在上述治疗的基础上加服降浊解毒胶囊,疗程8周。观察两组治疗前后中医症状、体征积分和HB、红细胞比容(HCT)、NT-pro BNP及舒张早期心室充盈速度最大值与舒张晚期充盈速度最大值(E/A)情况。结果治疗后两组症状、积分均有明显改善,Hb均提高,NT-pro BNP水平均降低,E/A指标均改善(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论降浊解毒胶囊能够帮助纠正CRF患者的贫血状态,可改善心脏舒张功能,降低NT-pro BNP水平。

Objective To observe the impacts of jiangzhuo jiedu capsules on Hb,NT-pro BNP and cardiac diastolic function in the patients of chronic renal failure before dialysis. Methods One hundred and two patients of chronic kidney disease with normal left ventricle contractile function and before dialysis,at 4to 5 stages were randomized into an observation group and a control group,51 cases in each one. The routine treatment with r Hu EPO,iron and folic acid were applied in the two groups. Additionally,in the observation group,jiangzhuo jiedu capsules were given for 8 weeks. Before and after treatment,TCM symptom and physical sign score,Hb,HCT,NT-pro BNP and E/A were observed in the two groups. Results After treatment,the symptom and physical sign scores were all improved apparently,Hb was improved,NT-pro BNP was reduced and E/A indicators were improved in the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The results in the observation group were better than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Jiangzhuo jiedu capsules rectifies anemia state,improves cardiac diastolic function and reduces NT-pro BNP in the patients of chronic renal failure.
