摘要
为降低汽车用金属紧固件的生产及管理成本,减少金属紧固件品种,实现通用化、系列化,从紧固件的结构要素(扳拧形式、末端形式、公称长度、螺纹)、材料与机械性能、表面处理3个方面对螺栓、螺柱、螺钉、螺母及垫圈类产品的平台化进行了探讨,为各汽车厂家的紧固件平台化提供参考。
In order to rednce the cost of production anti management of metal fasteners for vehicles, and decrease the number of metal fasteners types, the universal and serial realization is completed. The platform for bolt, stud, screw, nut and washer is discussed from the structural elements of the fasteners(wrench form, terminal fnrm, nominal length and thread), material and mechanical properties and surface treatment, providing some reference for developing the platform of fasteners.
