摘要 为了避免货车在制动过程中由于制动器温度过高而导致的制动失效,通过对鼓式制动货车制动失效与制动器温度相关性进行分析,以Proteus ISIS 7.8仿真软件为开发平台,搭建出一套制动器温度监测预警系统,对不同工况下的制动器温度进行监测和预警。仿真结果表明,该系统可快速、准确地显示出制动器的实时温度,实现了制动过程中的预警功能。该设计为制动安全辅助系统提供了技术支撑,并为汽车主动安全系统提供了理论基础。 In order to avoid the braking failure in the process of braking which caused by exorbitant brake temperature, this paper introduces the correlation between barking failure and brake temperature, and a set of brake temperature monitoring and alert system based on ISIS Proteus 7.8 simulation software is built, it can monitor and alert the brake temperature under different conditions, The simulation results show that the system not only can quickly and accurately display the real-time temperature of the brake, but also realize temperature alert function in the braking process perfectly. This design will provide the technical support for brake assist system development and supply the theoretical basis for the development of active safety system.
