摘要
为探究不同烟度测试方法的相关性,分别采用了声光法烟度计(AVL 483 MSS)、滤纸式烟度计(AVL 415S)及不透光烟度计(AVL 439)测量了一台增压中冷高压共轨发动机稳态工况和瞬态工况的碳烟排放特性,并对测量结果进行了对比。结果表明,AVL 483 MSS,AVL 415S,AVL 439的测量结果具有相同的变化趋势。AVL 415S用于测量稳态工况的碳烟排放,AVL439用于法规试验和瞬态工况的标定,AVL 483 MSS用于测量稳态和瞬态工况下碳烟的排放量,AVL 483 MSS与定容稀释颗粒采样的结果具有良好的相关性。总的来说,不同测试手段能够针对发动机不同要求下的烟度排放特性进行开发研究。
In order to make a preliminary exploration on the correlation of different methods of soot measurement, a photo acoustic smoke meter(AVL 483 Micro Soot Sensor), a falter-type smoke meter (AVL 415S Smoke Meter), and an opaeimeter (AVL 439 opacimeter)were used to measure the soot emission of a turbocharged and intercooled diesel engine with high pressure common rail and the test results were compared. The analysis result shows that AVL 483 MSS, AVL 415S and AVL 439 have a similar tendency. AVL 415S is used to measure the soot emission in a steady state condition, AVL 439 is used in regulation test or the calibration of transient conditions, AVL 483 MSS can be used both in steady state and transient conditions. The result indicates that AVL 483 MSS and particulate sampling with CVS have the same tendency. In general, different measuring methods are aimed at development and research under different conditions.
