驱动轴三销节脱出问题分析与解决

摘要 某车型在售后市场发生极恶劣工况下驱动轴三销节脱出问题。通过对故障件拆解并结合CATIA运动校核及台架试验验证分析可知,此问题为极限状态下驱动轴三销节滚轮中心至球笼边界距离不足导致。将左右驱动轴轴杆长度分别增加7.5 mm和4.5 mm,保证驱动轴三销节中心点距滑移边界满足≥5 mm的安全余量要求,可有效避免此类问题发生。 The problem of drive shaft tripod joint off existed in the rough working condition. It is found that the distance between the center of the roller and the boundary of ball-and cage is short, resulting in the drive shaft tripod joint off through disassembling the failure part, DMU with CATIA and checking on test stand. The effective method is to increase the length of left shaft lever to 7.5 mm and the length of right shaft lever to 4.5 nun respectively to ensure the distance between the roller center and ball-cage margin is≥5 ram, avoiding this problem happen again.
