掺稀流量计故障分析及工艺系统改进

摘要 塔河油田掺稀降黏工艺需通过流量计调整掺稀用油量,由于前后端压差大、稀油含有金属杂质导致流量计使用寿命缩短。为降低压差,减少稀油杂质,设计出篮式高压强磁过滤器和减压阀,应用强磁过滤器过滤金属杂质,应用减压阀降低前后端压差,可有效降低阀芯刺漏频率,提高掺稀稳定性。2015年改造升级掺稀系统11口井,平均单井月减少油井异常1井次、节约阀芯3个。 The flow meter is used in blending light oil process in Tahe Oilfield.Large pressure difference and containing metal impurities in light oil lead to short life of flow meter.Strong magnetic filter and pressure reducing valve are designed to reduce the pressure difference and the impuritiesin light oil.The strong magnetic filter is used to wipe off metal impurities and the pressure reducing valve is used to reduce the pressure difference.Therefore,the leakage frequency is effectively reduced and the stability of blending light oil is enhanced.The abnormal case is reduced 1 time and three valve cores are saved in one well on the average by upgrading system of eleven wells in 2015.
