摘要 针对海拉尔油田贝28作业区含油污水处理系统管道内腐蚀严重的问题,通过现场管道挂片取得腐蚀产物,并对其进行能谱分析,同时在各取样点选取污水进行水质检测。经研究得知,该系统的腐蚀主要由硫酸盐还原菌引起。根据腐蚀原因,通过室内实验研制出兼具杀菌功能的缓蚀剂CI-1008,在德二联合站开展缓蚀剂工业性现场试验。添加缓蚀剂后,污水处理系统腐蚀速率由0.316 mm/a降至0.039 mm/a,缓释效率高达87.7%,有效地控制了含油污水处理系统的腐蚀问题。 Serious corrosion is found in wastewater treatment system since Bei 28 Block of Hailar Oilfield was commercially developed.The corrosion products were obtained by field pipeline hanging sheet,and then we carries on the energy analysis,at the same time energy analysis was carried out.Learned through the study,the corrosion of wastewater treatment system is mainly caused by Sulfatereducing bacteria.Corrosion inhibitor with bactericidal action(CI-1008) was developed to inhibit the corrosion of wastewater treatment system.The in-situ testing results show that CI-1008 had excellent corrosion inhibition efficiency.The corrosion rate of waste water drops to 0.039mm/a from 0.316mm/a with an inhibition efficiency above 87.7%.
