Standardized Management of Integrated Commissioning & Testing for Urban Rail Transit

联合调试包含"三权移交"后的轨行区调度管理、动车调试、综合调试、安保服务等。动车调试是在动车调试平台的基础上实现列车或试验车的上线运行,并围绕车辆这一载体调试及验证各相关专业之间的接口衔接和安全可靠运行。综合调试是在各系统设备接口管理的基础上实现车站在各种模式及工况下正常运转,并围绕车站调试验证各系统之间的接口匹配和联动功能的调试工作。依据在联合调试实际工作中积累的经验,对联合调试标准化管理的主要内容进行简要介绍。

Integrated commissioning and testing for urban rail transit includes the track area dispatching management, EMU （electric multiple unit） commissioning and integrated commissioning, secur/ty services etc. EMU commissioning is to achieve normal operation of trains or experimental trains based on the commissioning platform and to verify the effective connection and reliable operation of the interfaces between the relevant specialties. Integrated commissioning is to achieve normal operation of stations at various working conditions based on the interfaces management and to verify the interfaces matching and linkage between the relevant systems. According to the working experience, the paper provides a brief introduction for the standardized management of integrated commissioning and testing.
