当前,我国地方政府在加强社会管理创新方面已取得了一定的成绩,但仍存在社会管理创新缺少法律保障、社会管理职能没有充分发挥、社会管理领域分工尚未到位、社会管理创新理念亟待更新等突出问题需要统筹布局,重点突破,长效施策。对此,一要革新理念,明确职责职能;二要创建机制,引导公众参与;三要完善体系,实现科学评估;四要加快法治,提供法律保障。

Current our country local government in strengthe ning social management-t innovation has made a series of important progress,from concept to the structure by the almighty government to speed up to limited government,to further establish an-d improve the public service system,and constantly strengthen the innovation of the s-social security system.Priority is for the lack of legal protection of social management innovation,not give full play to social management functions,social manage-mint division of labor is not yet in place,the innovation of social management concept needs to be updated,etc,such outstanding problems,to overall layout, grasp the key to breakthrough and use long-term strategy.First,innovate the idea and clear responsibilities and functions.Second,create the mechanism and guide the citizen participation.Third,we need to improve the system to achieve the scientific evaluation.Fourth, speed up the rule of law and provide legal protection.
