H省少数民族聚居区小学教师数学教学知识的诊断与思考——基于BS县的调查分析 被引量:12

摘要 本文对H省少数民族聚居的BS县455位小学数学教师进行了基本情况调研和数学教学知识测试,结果显示,教师学历层次普遍较低,且老龄化严重;数学教师在数学教学知识测试中整体表现较弱,所有内容领域和数学教学知识的不同维度平均分均低于总样本平均分9.9%~25.8%:从内容领域看,代数初步与简单函数关系领域表现最弱,从数学教学知识不同维度看,教师在一般内容知识、特殊内容知识、内容与学生知识维度表现都相对较弱;不同乡镇甚至乡镇内部的教师数学教学知识表现差异较大。 An investigation and a mathematics teaching knowledge test were conducted for 455 primary school mathematics teachers in minority concentrated areas of BS County of H Province. The results show that 1) the teachers' educational level is generally low and the aging trend is serious; 2) teachers' overall performance in the test is weak and their average score of different dimensions is 9.9% to 25.8% lower than the total sample average score; 3) in terms of content, their weakest performance is reflected in algebra and simple function relations; 4) in different dimensions of teaching knowledge, they are relatively weak in general content knowledge, special content knowledge as well as students' knowledge; and 5) their performances are quite different among teachers from different places or even from the same places.
