摘要
学校教学管理制度为教师教学行为提供了实践框架。但现实中部分教师在执行教学管理制度时却存在搭便车、偷懒、应声虫等机会主义行为。从委托代理视角看,机会主义行为的出现与参与约束、激励相容约束机制不健全有密切的关系。规避这一问题,需要从加强激励机制建设、提高制度内部合法性以及把握教师舆情、进行主流价值观的引导和渗透等方面考虑。
Teaching management system provides practical framework for teaching behavior.But opportunistic behaviors often appear in reality.From the principal-agent perspective,it has close relationship with the path dependence on the traditional teaching management system,lack of effective incentive and supervision system and opportunism behavior tendency in teachers' group.Avoiding this problem,we can strengthen the construction of incentive mechanism,improve the teaching management system 's legitimacy,and grasp the boot of the mainstream values to guide teachers' value orientation.
