学分制改革中市属本科院校学业指导应用研究——基于南京晓庄学院的实证调查

摘要 当前,我国市属本科院校陆续开始了由学年制或学年学分制向完全学分制的转变。作为学分制的辅助,学业指导在这一变革过程中的意义日益凸显。市属本科院校开展学业指导的时间尚短,在实际操作中仍存在诸多问题,指导效果差强人意。鉴于此类高校在学生来源和办学定位等方面均有别于省部级高校,故而其学业指导工作的开展也应充分尊重这些特点,因地制宜,探索顺应市属本科院校发展趋势、符合学生需求的学业指导模式与方法。 At present,the majority of our municipal universities have been carrying out the transformation from academic year system or academic year credit system to full credit system.As the subsidiary of the credit system,academic advising has become increasingly significant in the reform process.However,due to the lack of experience in academic advising,there are still many problems to be solved in the operation.The advising is not as effective as expected.In viewof the educational goals and the students' sources of municipal universities,the academic advising should take these characteristics into consideration,and adjust measures according to local conditions.Exploring the innovative academic advising system will contribute to the university development and students satisfaction.
