摘要
文化档案袋任务形式可促进外语及文化的同时学习,有效地提高学生跨文化交际能力。通过为期一学期的课堂研究,以检验此假设。实验组学生首先选择希望进行深度研究的文化定势观点,继而在文化档案袋的编辑过程中通过各种材料的收集和反思,最终判断该文化定势观点的正误。实验结果显示文化档案袋可有效地增强跨文化意识,促进文化知识的习得,激励学生的自主文化学习,提高其外语阅读及写作能力。
Howto incorporate culture learning into foreign language learning systematically and effectively has become one of the most important issues to explore.The present study investigates a case of conducting a semester-long culture portfolio project,aiming at encouraging the students to learn the foreign language and the target culture simultaneously.Students of the treatment group chose stereotypes about the target culture,and then began to compile the cultural portfolio,so as to accept or reject the stereotypes based on the collected materials and their own reflection.The findings demonstrate that cultural portfolio project is an effective way to raise intercultural awareness,gain insights into a particular aspect of the target culture,motive students to conduct autonomous learning,and enhance students' reading and writing abilities of the target language.
