网络信息社会以数字化信息为资源,以技术化程序为逻辑,实现了生产力的巨大解放,全面而深刻地影响并改变着人们的生活方式、生产方式以及思维方式。在网络社会条件下促进人的全面发展,更要从技术与人文之间的本质关系出发,全面了解网络社会人的交往、实践与精神生活实况,深入考究虚拟空间人的思维模式与行为方式,更好地架构两个社会、两个世界之间的生存逻辑,以呈现人的更为科学全面的生存状态。面对虚拟生存引发的人格裂变、技术张力形成的科技漩涡以及人文失落滋生的文化嬗变,如何正确认识现实社会与虚拟社会之间的内在关联,如何有效转换人的双重生存空间的虚实境遇,直接决定着网络社会下人全面自由发展的现实走向和客观命运。网络社会条件下,促进人的全面发展,就要从虚实互构、同生和共荣三个方面入手,实现个人发展与社会集成的统一,追求技术理性与人文价值的对接,探究完整存在与全面发展的维度,从而更好地解答人自身解放与发展的时代命题。

Informationized society, with its digital information source, its logic of technology, has dramati- cally liberated productivity and changed our life, production and thinking. To promote the comprehensive development of people in the networking society, it is necessary to consider the essential relation between technology and humanity, study the practical and psychological condition of people communicating on internet, analyze their thinking and behavior, and have a better knowledge of their existential condition. Fac- ing various problems brought by the internet, such as split personality, technological turbulence, and cultural change owing to the declination of humanism, a correct understanding of the intrinsic connection between the real and the virtual society has a direct impact on the full development of people living in the internet age. In the networking society, the man＇ s full development should pay attention to the mutual construc- tion, inter-dependence and mutual prosperity between the real and the virtual. Only in this way, the personal and social development could be achieved simultaneously, technological rationality and humanistic value could be integrated harmoniously, and the problem of man＇ s full development in the networking society could be solved.
