甘肃大学生就业意愿的调查分析

An investigation of the Job Expectations of University Students in Northwest China

大学生就业难已成为当前社会十分关注的话题。根据甘肃高校大学生就业意愿的调查问卷结果,分析了就业意愿差异化的原因,从家庭、学校和学生自身三个方面提出了一些应对之策和建议。

The difficulty that university graduates encounter in finding a satisfactory job becomes a hot topic in current China. The idea proposed at the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, name- ly, to develop the real economy, may relieve the difficulty gradually. This paper, based on an investigation of the job expectations of the university graduates in Northwest China, aims to study the preparations made by the graduates in response to the opportunities and challenges presented by the policy.
