风电/水电聚合虚拟发电厂的日前调度策略 被引量:6

摘要 为充分利用风电等清洁能源,中国西部地区出现了间歇性电源分散式接入高压配网的新形式。为有效管理风电/水电富集区域电网,结合两部制电价提出了虚拟发电厂-外部电网交互策略,以量化风电/水电富集区对外的容量和电量特性;基于区间分析法,量化分析了风电、负荷和来水区间不确定性对虚拟发电厂运行的影响,提出了虚拟发电厂的日前运行策略。最后,结合实际电网算例,验证了调度策略的有效性:在保证计算精度的同时,显著减低了计算的难度;并说明了电价机制和预测技术对虚拟发电厂运行的影响。 To make full use of wind power and other clean energy sources,new forms of energy use,intermittent energy distributed integrated to high-voltage distribution network,arise in the western region of China.To effectively manage multiple types of local energy resources,based on the two-part electricity tariff,different virtual power plants interactive strategies are proposed in this paper to quantify the external characteristics of the wind/hydro power rich region.Subsequently,based on the interval analysis,analysis of the impacts of wind power,load and runoff uncertainties on the operation of virtual power plant is carried out and the day ahead self-scheduling method is proposed for the virtual power plant.Finally, simulation is carried out with a real case in the western region of China.And the results suggest that the proposed dispatch strategy is effective,which can significantly reduce the computing diffi-culty while ensure the accuracy.Further,the impacts of the interaction strategies and forecasting technology on the opera-tion of the virtual power plant are summarized in this paper.
