油气井除硫及残酸液处理装置的研制与应用 被引量:8

摘要 为了有效处理含硫油气井试油产出的硫化氢和酸化井返排出的残酸液,解决硫化氢和残酸对环境的污染、人员的伤害、流程管汇的腐蚀问题,研制了除硫及残酸液处理装置。介绍了泵注法除硫及残酸液处理原理、泵注装置各部件构成、注入采样管汇的功能和数据采集系统。经过在×101等井应用表明,该装置技术性能优良、安全可靠、自动化程度高,可作为含硫油气井除硫及酸化井残酸处理的配套工艺装备,为安全试油提供保障。 In order to effectively deal with hydrogen sulfide produced from sulfur oil and gas well during oil test operation and the residual acid liquid drained out of the acidification,solve problems of the environmental pollution by hydrogen sulfide and residual acid,personnel injury,corrosion of the manifold,sulfur removal and residual acid liquid processing device has been developed. This paper focuses on the introduction of the pump injection method in addition to the principles of the treatment of sulfur and residual acid,pump injection device components,the function and the data acquisition system. The device is applied in the well of X101,which indicates that the device has excellent technical performance,high reliability and high automation degree. It can be used as a supporting technology and equipment for the treatment of sulfur removal and acid residue in sour oil and gas wells,and to provide protection for the safety test oil.
