摘要
环保试油排液装置采用无重力平衡连续试油趋动技术、电机换向技术,以及生产参数无级调节技术,实现了试油工作连续、井口密封、保护环境、提高效率、录取试油试采数据精确的目的。该工艺在留70断块的应用表明,与其他排液求产工艺相比,具有独特的优势,且可与压裂酸化联作,缩短压裂浸泡时间,减少压裂液对地层的污染,也可下入电子压力计对排液阶段进行实时监测。
The environmental protection typed oil test device is the whole prizing structure,using driving technology of zero gravity balance for continuous oil test,motor commutation technology,and stepless regulating technology of production parameters to reach the purposes of the continuous oil test work,wellhead sealing,protecting the environment,improving the efficiency,accurately accepting oil test and production data. Application in Liu70 fault block shows that,compared with other drainage and production process,it makes up for the shortage of the swabbing process,has unique advantages,and can combine with fracture acidizing operations to shorten time of the fracturing fluid immersion,reduce the pollution of the fracturing fluid to the formation,can also be lowered down with the electronic pressure gauge to monitor drainage stage at real-time.
