水平井防砂筛管质量检测技术研究与应用 被引量:4

摘要 XX-A1H水平井裸眼完井,由于米采油指数高,生产压差较大,疏松砂岩储层使用的优质筛管生产后期出砂情况严重,认为该井井下筛管存在漏点。鉴于XX-A1H井井斜较大(最大井斜91.63°),水平井段较长(约500m),选用SONDEX-MIT012系列40臂井径成像测井仪与连续油管输送相结合的方法。经现场实践,找到了筛管破损及变形点,取得了水平井筛管检测成功,为水平井管柱检测技术提供了新思路。 To XX-A1 H horizontal well,completed by open-hole,because of that the index of production per meter is high,production pressure difference is large,high quality screen is used for simplified sand control to unconsolidated sandstone reservoir easily appears serious condition of sand production at late production time,so it is thought that the well screen leaks exist. In view of the bigger deviation( maximum deviation 91. 63 degrees),the longer horizontal section( about 500m),the combined method of SONDEX-MIT012 Series40 arm imaging caliper and continuous tubing conveyed is selected to find the screen breakage and deformation,to get a success of testing screen pipe in horizontal well,which provides a new idea for string detection technology in horizontal well.
