蒸汽驱井压力高影响因素分析及整改措施

摘要 蒸汽驱现场试验时间延长、地层注汽压力增高,导致蒸汽驱蒸汽干度降低,严重影响蒸汽驱的现场试验地质效果。从试驱、井区、地层以及地质特点入手,分析了导致蒸汽驱压力增高的几个影响因素,包括地层泥质含量、储层性质、注汽时间等,并对此提出对地层预处理、注汽前补射孔、试挤、解堵等整改措施。经现场应用,降低了注汽压力,取得了较好地质效果,对大庆其它热采技术开发稀油区块具有较好的指导作用。 That of field test time for the steam injection is long,steam injection pressure to formation is big,results in steam drive dryness decreased,seriously affecting the field test geological effect of steam drive. Starting from the geological features of the test wells,several factors leading to increased pressure of steam flooding are analyzed,mainly being shale content,reservoir properties,steam injection time etc,withal the rectification measures of pretreatment to the formation,steam injection supplement before perforation,and trying to squeeze,blocking are put forward. By field application,the pressure of steam injection is reduced,and good geological effect is achieved,which has a good guiding role for the development of thin oil block by other thermal technology in Daqing oilfield.
