试论国际发表的动机、价值与路径

International Publishing: Motivations,Values and Paths

在新的历史时期,国际发表越来越受到国内人文学界的关注。有关国际发表的评价与认定,也引发了学界不少的争论。本文结合作者近四十年的学术探索经历,就国际发表的动机、价值与具体路径展开思考,提出中国学者应该克服功利性、盲目性和浮躁的心理,根据学术研究与交流的内在诉求,坚持独立的学术立场,在学术探索上有自己的价值观和价值判断,在此基础上,不断开拓国际学术交流与成果发表路径,为学术发展做出自己的贡献。

In today's Chinese academia,while international publishing has increasingly engaged the attention of the humanities scholars,issues concerning the evaluation of international publications have aroused some controversy. Drawing on the writer's four decades' experiences of academic exploration,this article addresses the topic from the perspectives of general motivations,values and specific approaches. It is suggested that Chinese scholars,instead of pursuing fame and fortune or making blind decisions in academic endeavor,should stick to their own academic stance,values and value judgment in line with the underlying needs of academic research and communication. With this mindset,they can devote unceasing efforts to international academic exchanges and publication,thereby making their own contributions to academic development.
