摘要
建构科学、合理的中小学公民素养课程对于培养未来的合格公民具有重要意义。在建构中小学生公民素养教育课程内容体系的过程中,必须注重从我国公民素养教育的历史发展、当前现状以及国外经验中汲取养分和经验,遵循形式结构的多维性原则和价值内涵的动态平衡原则。中小学公民素养课程内容的框架体系应是一个包含公民知识教育、公民能力教育、公民情感教育和公民行为教育四个部分的有机整体。
To construct the scientific and reasonable competencies curriculum for the primary and secondary'school has great significance for the future development of qualified citizens. When constructing the curriculum, we must pay high attention to the development of citizenship education in our country, thecurrent situation and the experience of foreign countries to absorb nutrients and experience based on the principle of multidimension and the dynamic balance of value. The framework of the curriculum content of the civic literacy in primary and secondary schools should be an organic whole which includes four parts, citizen education for knowledge, capacity, emotion and behavior.
