不同剂型双氯芬酸钠的眼部抗炎效果比较

Comparison of effects of different dosage forms of diclofenac sodium against ophthalmic inflammation of rabbits

目的:研究不同剂型的双氯芬酸钠对兔眼炎症的抗炎效果。方法:36只新西兰大白兔按抛币法随机分为对照组和实验组,进行前房穿刺,对照组给予生理盐水,实验组分别给予眼药水、眼膏、眼用膜剂,观察疗效,以房水中蛋白含量为指标,使用SPSS统计软件进行结果分析。结果:双氯芬酸钠不同制剂的抗炎效果:膜剂组>眼用软膏剂组>眼药水组(P<0.05)。结论:膜剂在眼科中的抗炎作用较好,适宜眼科患者术后选用。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the anti-inflammatory effects of different dosage forms of diclofenac sodium against ophthalmic inflammation of rabbits. METHODS Thirty six rabbits were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,and paracentesis was performed. After rabbits in control group received saline and in experimental group received eye drops,eye ointments and eye membrane,protein content in aqueous humor was analyzed to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effects of different dosage forms of diclofenac sodium using SPSS statistical software. RESULTS The anti-inflammatory effects of different dosage forms of diclofenac sodium： membrane group ophthalmic ointment group eye drops group（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION Diclofenac sodium eye membrane is obviously effective against ophthalmological inflammation.
