摘要 优质电力园区是有效解决区域性高品质供电问题的技术方案,其技术方案优化是进行园区建设的前提。为满足不同用户的不同供电质量需求,引入过程暂降抗扰时间和抗扰度概念,考虑园区内各工业过程的电压暂降响应特性、物理参数及其变化规律,以及用户可接受后果状态,提出基于过程抗扰时间的用户供电质量需求与园区供电质量等级划分方法,以用户需求为约束,总投资最少为目标,建立优化模型,并研究了优化模型的Tabu搜索算法。对典型园区的仿真结果表明,文中方法正确、可靠,能在满足用户不同供电质量需求的同时,保证总投资最少,为优质电力园区的建设提供了保证。 Premium Power Park(PPP) is a technical solution to effectively solve the regional high-quality power supply problems.The technical scheme optimization method is the premise of planning and constructing of power park.To meet various power requirements of different customers,the concept of process immunity time and sag immunity is lead up in this paper.Considering the response characteristic of process to sag,physical parameters and their variation principle,and acceptable resulting status of customer,the classification methods of power supply quality for customers’ demands and power quality level in power park are proposed.On this basis,optimization model is established by constraints of customers’ requirement and taking the minimum cost as the objective.And its corresponding algorithm based on Tabu search method is researched.The proposed method is applied to a typical PPP and it is proved to be accurate and valid.The simulation results show that this method can meet each customer’s demand,meanwhile,ensures the minimum of total investment.And it provides a guarantee for engineering construction of PPP.
