摘要
提出了一种小电流接地的稳态选线方法,该方法全面利用了配电网发生单相接地故障后故障线路与非故障线路的零序电流与零序电压的相位关系,借助了现有的配电自动化技术,新颖之处在于计及了配电线路电阻的影响,考虑了线路在带有负荷的情况下故障线路与非故障线路零序电流电压的相位关系,并通过在馈线自动化终端FTU上嵌入DFT相位检测算法来实现零序电流电压相位差的测量,仿真验证了选线方法的有效性。
A method of steady state of a small current grounding line selection is proposed in this paper,which takes full advantage of zero sequence current and zero sequence voltage phase relationship of the fault line and non-fault line after the single-phase grounding fault in distribution network,with the existing distribution automation technology,the novel part of this is to consider the influence of distribution line resistance,as well as consider the zero sequence current and voltage phase relationship under a load line fault and non-fault line,and detect zero sequence current and voltage phase difference through the feeder automation terminal unit(FTU) embedding phase DFT detection algorithm.The simulation proves the effectiveness of fault line selection method.
