摘要
创新能力的培养作为药学专业本科生人才培养过程中的重要环节,也是高等药学专业人才必备的基本素质。郑州大学药学院在四年制药学专业本科生人才培养过程中引入全程科研化管理模式,该模式以课程教学为主线、以大学生创新创业训练项目和毕业论文为抓手,在培养学生专业知识与实验技能的基础上开设本科生"创新人才班",形成可持续发展的由本科生组成的阶梯式"科研团队"和由专业老师组成的"导师团队",旨在将科研训练贯穿于4年教学始终,全程化培养学生的创新能力,也为培养高等药学专业拔尖人才提供新模式。
The cultivation of innovation ability, a basic quality essential for pharmacy professionals, is an important link in the cultivation of undergraduates of pharmacy. School of Pharmacy in Zhengzhou Univer- sity has developed a new mode of whole-process scientific research management in the four-year education of pharmacy undergraduates. With a focus on curriculum and teaching, innovation and entrepreneurship training and thesis writing, this mode introduces an innovative talents training program for undergraduates on the basis of cultivating students＇ professional knowledge and experimental skills to develop a sustain- able tiered research team of students and a tutor team of professional teachers. The mode aims to provide research training over four years of teaching, to cultivate students＇ innovation ability in the whole process, and to provide a new model for cultivating top-notch talents of pharmacy.
