摘要
以引进俄罗斯欧洲垂枝桦种子为材料,研究欧洲垂枝桦种子的萌发特性。结果表明:种子和种翅的大小存在一定变异,千粒质量为0.267g,含水率为12.17%,生活力为79.08%,吸水量为86.26%,说明种子发育良好;天然种子可以分为4种类型,其中健康种子所占比例最高为82.07%,种子发芽率为91.33%,其他类型种子均无发芽能力;种子萌发最适宜温度和光照强度分别为25℃和150μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),萌发效果最好,种子发芽率可达60%左右;萌发基质对种子萌发没有显著影响,添加覆盖物能明显降低种子发芽率。
Taking Betula pendulaseeds introduced from Russia as the material,germination characteristics of Betu lapendulaseeds were studied.Result shows that there was some variation in the size of the seed and the seed wing and thousand seed weight,moisture rate,viability,water absorption is 0.267 g,12.17%,79.08%, 86.26%,respectively,which showed seeds developed well.Natural seeds can be divided into 4types,the highest percentage of healthy seeds was 82.07%,the seed germination rate is 91.33%,other types of seeds are not germination ability.The optimum temperature and light intensity of seed germination are 25 ℃ 150μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1);the germination rate is the optimal;the germination rate is about 60%.Germination matrix has no significant effect on seed germination;germination matrix adding mulch can significantly decrease germination rate of seed.
