摘要
调查了解某药学院校大学生课余时间管理现状,发现不同年级学生课余时间管理能力的差异及不足,针对性提出改进建议;采用大学生课余时间管理能力问卷对该所大学446名大学生进行调查,通过描述性统计对调查结果进行比较分析。被调研学生课余时间相对较少,时间管理的意识明显优于规划,规划优于控制,对时间管理指导的认知度和需求不足;大一年级课余时间管理整体水平优于大二年级;药学类院校应该找准人才培养定位,进行时间管理干预,开展符合自身实际的时间管理教育实践,探索搭建系统化的时间管理教育体系。
With an attempt to find out the status quo of spare time management of pharmacy students, this paper analyzes the performance discrepancies among students of two grades, uncovers the weaknesses in their management skills and offers suggestions for optimization accordingly. A questionnaire on college students' spare time management was distributed to 446 undergraduates in one pharmaceutical university. The results of two groups, which were compared through descriptive statistics, indicate that students who participated in the survey possess relatively less spare time, and their awareness of time management is higher than that of time plan, which is higher than that of time control. A lack of the awareness of the sig- nificance of and the need for time management guidance is found among the participants, while freshmen perform better than sophomores in spare time management. It is suggested that the training objectives of pharmacy students should be set properly, time management interventions should be an indispensable part in undergraduate education, and a series of time management educational activities should be carried out so as to build a time management education system.
