摘要
DGMB系列隔膜泵为三缸单作用往复式活塞隔膜泵,曲轴是隔膜泵的重要部件。为满足远距离固—液两相介质长距离管道化料浆输送,曲轴的规格向着大规格、多拐数发展。传统的曲轴机械加工方法金属材料利用率低下,加工周期长等因素已经制约了隔膜泵向着现代化、大型化、高效率发展的步伐,本文通过采用钢锭分体制造工艺,将曲轴中曲拐与轴分体制造,为曲轴制造开辟了一条新路。
DGMB series diaphragm pump is the three cylinder single acting reciprocating piston diaphragm pump, the crankshaft is an important part of the diaphragm pump. Specifications of large size and multi-turn numbers for crankshafts would be developed as a trend to meet long distance pipeline transportation- with solid-liquid material. Low metal material utilization and long processing cycle with traditional crankshaft machining method has restricted the development of the modernization, large-scale and high efficiency.
