摘要
双联夹具是焙烧多功能机组的主要工具之一。对双联夹具组成及工作原理进行了介绍,对夹具使用过程中常见问题的产生原因进行了分析,对如何处理问题进行了说明,使用ANSYS夹具体进行有限元计算,对用户使用和维护夹具有一定的指导作用。
Double coupling clamp structure is one of the main tools of the furnace tending assembly. In this paper, the composition and working principle of the double coupling clamp are introduced, and the causes of the problems in the use of clamp are analyzed. Using ANSYS Workbench DesignXplorer response of double coupling clamp. The method of dealing with the problem is described, which has a certain guiding role for users to use and maintain the clip.
