法律认知与我国民众的政治信任——基于全国社会综合调查(CGSS2010)的数据分析

The Legal Cognition and the Political Trust of the Chinese People——Based on the Data Analysis of the Chinese General Social Survey in 2010

"信"是中华文化的核心价值之一,政治信任是构建良善政治生活的重要因素。在党的十八大报告提出全面推进依法治国、深入开展法制宣传教育的大背景下,研究法律认知对民众政治信任的影响具有很大的现实必要性。基于CGSS2010调查数据对我国民众法律认知、政治信任进行的统计分析发现:我国民众的政治信任水平很高;民众的法律认知水平整体偏低,其中对法律程序的认知更是大大低于法律知识的认知水平;民众的法律认知对其政治信任具有显著影响,其中法律程序认知对政治信任具有显著的抑制作用,而法律知识认知则对民众的政治信任具有显著的促进作用。

Trust is one of the core values of Chinese culture, and political trust is an important factor to build a good political life. Under the general background of comprehensively promoting the rule of law and further carrying out the publicity and education of legal system proposed in the eighteenth report of the CPC, the studies on the influence of the political trust on the public legal cognition are of great practical necessity. Based on the survey data of the Chinese General Social Survey in 2010, the statistic analysis on the public law cognition and political trust in China shows that the level of the public political trust in China is very high, but the overall public legal cognition level is low, and the public cognition of the legal procedure is much lower than that of the legal knowledge; the public legal cognition has a significant impact on the political trust. The cognition of legal procedure has significant inhibitory effect on the political trust while the cognition of legal procedure has a significant role in promoting political trust of people.
