摘要
分别从粗甲醇杂质含量、预馏塔的操作、产品塔的操作三方面分析了甲醇装置产品甲醇水溶性不合格的原因,并采取了相应的解决措施,有效降低了产品中的杂质含量,解决了产品甲醇水溶性不合格的问题,提高了产品甲醇质量。
The soluble unqualified reasons of methanol product were analyzed from three aspects, crude methanol impurities, pre-distillation tower operation and product tower operation, based on which, corresponding measures were taken to effectively reduce the impurity content in the product and solve the soluble unqualified problem of methanol product, improving product quality.
