摘要
熔融酯交换缩聚法作为一种制备聚合物的重要方法,已广泛应用于工业化生产。催化剂的种类、活性和稳定性关系到所制备聚合物的分子量和机械性能,从而影响它的使用范围。本文概述了用于熔融酯交换缩聚的各类催化剂以及熔融酯交换缩聚法在各类聚合物合成中的应用。
As a significant method for polymer synthesis, melt transesterification process has been widely used in industrial production of the polymers. The type, activity and stability of catalysts could directly affect the molecular weight and mechanical properties of polymers, which in a result will make a big difference on the application of the catalyst. In this paper, the phylogeny of catalysts and their application in polymer synthesis by melt transesterification process are reviewed.
