摘要
目的:定量分析成人正常肝脏的T2值和表观扩散系数(apparent diffusion coefficient,ADC)参考范围,并探讨其与年龄、性别的关系。方法:134例志愿者行3.0T磁共振多回波梯度-自旋回波成像和扩散加权成像,利用T2map图和ADC图测量肝脏T2值和ADC值,观察肝脏左右叶间T2值和ADC值的差异并计算其正常值范围,分析肝脏T2值和ADC值与年龄、性别的关系。结果:(1)正常肝脏左右叶间T2值和ADC值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肝脏T2值为(49.08±9.18)ms,95%的参考值范围为(47.69~50.55)ms;肝脏ADC值为(1.282±0.249)×10-3mm2/s,95%的参考值范围为(1.248-1.316)×10^(-3) mm^2/s。(2)肝脏T2值与年龄、性别无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),(3)肝脏ADC值与年龄无关(P>0.05),男性肝脏的ADC值大于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:3.0T磁共振能定量分析成人正常肝脏的T2值和ADC值,其中T2值定量分析无需考虑性别和年龄的关系,具有普适性,而ADC值的定量分析需要考虑性别因素,与年龄无关。
Objective: To study T2 and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values in normal liver of adult people by 3.0T MRI, and analyse their correlations with age and gerder. Methods: 134 volun teers were given a multi-echo gradient-spin echo and diffusion weighted imaging sequences at 3.0T MRI. The T2 and ADC values of liver were measured by T2 map images and ADC images. The differences for the T2 and ADC values between the left and right lobes were recorded, from which the normal ranges were calculated and the correlation of T2 and ADC with both age and gerder were analyzed. Results:①There were no significant difference in T2 and ADC values between left and right lobes of normal liver(P 〉 0.05). The average of T2 value was(49.08±9.18)ms, and the 95% confidence interval was (47.69± 50.55)ms. The average of ADC value was (1.282 ± 0.249)×10^-3 mm^2/s, and the 95% confidence interval was (1.248 - 1.316)×10^-3 mm^2/s. ②The T2 value was not correlated with either age or gender(P 〉 0.05). ③The ADC value of the liver was not correlated with age(P 〉 0.05), and the ADC value was significantly higher in male than female (P〈 0.05). Conclusion: The 3.0T magnetic resonance can be used for analyzing T2 and ADC values of normal adult liver. The T2 values was not correlated with either gender or age, whereas ADC values was correlated with gender but not with age.
