Rh-bFGF在功能性鼻内镜术后康复治疗中的临床分析

Therapeutic effect of Rh-b FGF on postoperative rehabilitation after functional nasal endoscope

目的:观察和分析重组-人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(Rh-b FGF)在功能性鼻内镜术后康复治疗中的临床疗效。方法:搜集2013年6月至2015年6月在我科行功能性鼻内镜手术患者416例,随机平均分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用Rhb FGF浸润的明胶海绵贴附于术区;对照组采用生理压水浸润明胶海绵贴附于术区。术后门诊复查6个月,评估1、2、3、6个月两组患者的疗效及术区粘连情况。结果:实验组在术后1、2、3、6个月的疗效及术区粘连情况的比较优于对照组。结论:Rh-b FGF可以加速术区上皮化,降低术区粘连,提高功能性鼻内镜术后临床疗效。

Objective： To observe and analyze the clinical effect of the Rh-bEGF on postoperative rehabilita- tion after functionalnasal endoscope. Methods： 416 cases undergone functional nasal endoscopic surgery from June 2013 to June 2015 in our department were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. A gelatin sponge filled with Rh-bEGF was attached to the surgical area in the experimental group, and a gelatin sponge filledwith physiological saline was attached to the surgical area in the control group. All patients were followed for 6 months, and the curative effectand adhesion of the area were evaluated at 1, 2, 3 and 6 month. Results： The curative effect and adhesion of the area after 1, 2, 3 and 6 month in the experimental group are better and less severe than those of the control group respectively. Conclusion： Rh-bEGF can accelerate epithelization, reduce adhesion, and improve the curative effect after nasal endoscopic surgery.
