理想心血管健康与腰围、腰高比的相关性研究

Association between ideal cardiovascular health and waist circumference, waist-to-height ratio

目的探讨中年男性心血管健康行为和因素与腰围和腰高比的相关性。方法采用横断面研究方法，选择2014年1月1日至2015年6月30日在江苏省太湖康复医院健康体检的中年男性26 701人作为研究对象，分析心血管健康行为和因素与腰围和腰高比的相关性。结果心血管健康行为和因素7项指标中，体质指数、总胆固醇、血压和血糖值随着腰围和腰高比的增加而增加（P〈0.05）；心血管健康状况中等者的腰围和腰高比低于心血管健康状况不良者，心血管健康状况良好者的腰围和腰高比低于心血管健康状况中等者（P〈0.05）；经校正年龄后，心血管健康评分每增加1分，腰围和腰高比均数分别下降1.49 cm和0.009 0，理想心血管健康指标数每增加1个，腰围和腰高比均数分别下降2.24 cm和0.013 0；心血管健康评分与腰围和腰高比的相关系数分别为-0.387和-0.400；理想心血管指标数与腰围和腰高比的相关系数分别为-0.384和-0.395。结论心血管健康评分、理想心血管指标数与腰围、腰高比均呈显著负相关，且腰高比与心血管健康评分相关系数高于腰围。腰高比在筛选腹型肥胖、心血管病高危人群及心血管病风险预测等心血管病防控方面具有重要应用价值。

Objective To determine the associations between cardiovascular health and the waist circumference （WC） and waist-to-height ratio （WHtR）. Methods A cross-sectional study was performed recruiting 26 701 middle-aged Chinese men, and the associations between cardiovascular health and the WC and WHtR were determined. Results Of the seven ideal cardiovascular health metrics, body mass index （BMI）, total cholesterol （TC）, blood pressure （BP）, and fasting blood glucose （FBG） were found to increase with an elevation of the mean WC and WHtR （all P values 〈0.05）. The mean WC and WHtR were significantly lower in the subjects with moderate cardiovascular health than those with poor cardiovascular health, and the subjects with ideal cardiovascular health lower than those with moderate cardiovascular health （both P values 〈0.05）. After adjustment for age, the mean WC and WHtR decreased by 1.486 cm and 0.009 per 1-point increase in the cardiovascular health score, and 2.242 cm and 0.013 per 1-point increase in the number of ideal cardiovascular health metrics, respectively. In addition, the cardiovascular health score was negatively correlated with the WC （r=-0.387） and WHtR （r=- 0.400）, while the number of ideal cardiovascular health metrics was negatively associated with the WC （r=-0.384） and WHtR （r=-0.395）. Conclusions The cardiovascular health is correlated negatively with the WC and WHtR, and a stronger correlation existed between the cardiovascular health and WHtR than WC.
